Entry requirements:

No prior skills or experience required – only a desire to develop your spiritual growth and heal yourself on all levels (mental, emotional and physical).  Open to all ages.

Course content:

History of the founder, Mikao Usui and the style of Reiki, Usui Reiki Ryoho.

What Reiki is/What Reiki isn’t – benefits to you and others

Learn its uses – for people, animals, plants, equipment and situations.

Explanation of energy fields and four attunements to Reiki energy.

Audio pronunciations of Kotodama.

Treatment hand positions for you and others.

Provision of course certificate and full colour Reiki Manual.

Monthly Group Support meetings.

Other requirements:

Please wear loose-fitting, comfortable clothing. Also, please bring layers of clothing (t-shirt to very warm fleece) as the energy affects people differently. It would be helpful to bring a pillow.
