Training
Training in Usui Reiki Ryoho is offered by only a few teachers in Scotland. It is taught as it was practised in Japan before the various styles of Reiki came to the west. It focuses on the practice of the system as a whole and includes the five precepts, attunements, meditation, symbols and mantras and hands-on healing, as well as a variety of techniques to use in daily life.
Wilma with students during training
You can heal your life by the daily practice of simply putting your hands on your body and feeling the warmth of Reiki penetrate to heal you on all levels - mental, emotional, physical and spiritual. Everyone has the ability to do Reiki, including children, and Wilma will be delighted to discuss this with you further.
Training courses take place at Hazelbank in the village of Balmore, Torrance, Nr Glasgow G64 4AF.
Reiki Circle Support Meetings for Wilma's students take place at Mugdock Country Park (www.mugdock-country-park.org.uk) on the last Thursday of each month. Visitors are permitted on two occasions with a view to taking up Reiki. For those unable to attend due to their geographical location, support is also offered via email correspondence (LFE@fireflyuk.net) and a Reiki Circle Newsletter.
