Training

Usui Reiki Ryoho is taught by only a few teachers in Scotland. It incorporates the breathing exercises and meditation techniques used by the Founder, Mikao Usui.

You can heal your life by the daily practice of simply putting your hands on your body and feeling the warmth of Reiki penetrate to heal you on all levels - mental, emotional, physical and spiritual. Everyone has the ability to do Reiki, including children, and Wilma will be delighted to discuss this with you further.

Training courses take place in the beautiful setting of Mugdock Country Park, (www.mugdock-country-park.org.uk) easily reached by car from the A81 where signposts will lead you to the Visitor Centre Car Park. There you can enjoy a walk round Gallow Hill, Craigton Pond, Pheasants Wood or visit the Gift Shop, Walled Garden and Plantaria. (Walking boots or shoes are recommended.)

Booking is essential. Completion of an Enrolment Form and a deposit are required for all courses to secure a place.

►Shoden (1^st degree – Initial teaching)

►Okuden (2^nd degree – Incorporating use of symbols)

►Shinpiden (3^rd degree – Master/Teacher)

Courses include registration and refreshments, lecture, demonstration and workshop, lunch at the Plantaria Restaurant, Shoden, Okuden or Shinpiden Reiki Manual and Certificate. Ongoing support is also offered at Reiki Share evenings where students have the opportunity to discuss experiences and practise meditation, techniques and hands-on healing.
